Ground-Based Aerial Photography

Perpetual Images uses a specialized 22-foot telescoping mast to capture dramatic low-altitude aerial views of properties, businesses, and job sites.  Elevated Photography provides a unique three-dimensional view that is not possible with either ground-level or conventional aerial methods.  The difference between a ground-level photograph and one shot from as little as 12 feet in the air is striking.  Our current mast can put the camera as high as 22 feet to capture backgrounds and surroundings not visible at ground-level.

Elevated Photography is a valuable tool for obtaining unique views of your business or real estate, or for documenting progress at your construction site.  Construction companies, contractors, engineers, architects, and property owners can all benefit from having scheduled progress photographs taken of their projects.

In today's Real Estate market where 87% or more of home buyers start their home search online, a spectacular photograph of the front of the property is the first reason prospective buyers choose to view your listing over the several others at a similar price in the same area.  The primary exterior shot is the most important photograph.  Online thumbnails of this photo must entice the buyer to look closer at the property.

Almost all homes and properties benefit from an elevated front shot where the camera is just 12' to 20' above ground level.  It is a well-established fact that great photos and marketing materials lead to more prospective buyers and more listings, as well as higher closing prices.

All camera adjustments, including camera settings, are wirelessly controlled.
A live view from the camera is wirelessly transmitted to a small TV monitor near the base of the mast.
